RETURNS
Having received your shizz, you may return unworn Emberleys accompanied by the original sales receipt WITHIN 14 DAYS of purchase, for EXCHANGE or CREDIT or REFUND in the form of the original payment.
NB: Any damaged, worn or altered clothing cannot be returned. Sweet?
REFUND POLICY
We will do our very best to keep you satisfied, so please be in touch with any queries you may have about anything.
DELIVERY TIMING
Orders placed before midday may well be shipped out that afternoon (except on weekends), and you can expect you order to arrive within 1-3 days of shipping confirmation.
Orders placed after midday will be shipped the next day, unless on weekends, and you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 days of shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Emberley will send your order to anywhere in NZ for $5.00 or $8.00 FastPost.
If you spend up large (over $200) your order will be shipped for FREE!
